Key Responsibilities
Perform bucking and trimming of harvested cannabis plants.
Remove leaves and excess foliage from buds to ensure quality and appearance.
Follow established post-harvest handling and processing protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area throughout shifts.
Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
Assist with drying, curing, weighing, and packaging as needed.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must comply with state regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry
High School Diploma or GED required.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and eager to grow in the cannabis industry.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on efficiency.
Reliable, with punctual and regular attendance.
Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
