Clayton Holford
Vice President of Operations
Vice President of Operations, Clay, was one of our first employees at The United Green. Clay began his career as a talent manager before quickly earning a promotion in the fall of 2021. Today, the former Eastern Michigan student-athlete heads United Green's recruiting department across the United States.
Craig Petersmark
Chief Executive Officer
Craig is the founder and creator of the fastest-growing cannabis staffing company in the US. With over 23 years of experience in staffing, Craig has brought best-in-class processes and new services to the evolving cannabis marketplace. His experience in building 'A' teams and advising on new market approaches has set The United Green apart from the rest. Craig still believes that over-delivering should be the standard for all of his Clients.

Jacob Petersmark
Chief Operating Officer
Jacob is the mind behind the operations of The United Green. His call to cannabis stems from his late family members' battles with cancer. During this time, he saw firsthand the benefits cannabis provided his Mother and Grandmother during treatment. Motivated to increase awareness surrounding the numerous benefits of cannabis as an alternative medicine, Jacob's call to action led to the introduction of The United Green. A cannabis specific staffing agency focused on providing more health options across the United States.
Surpassing our 6000th hire, Jacob's passion for promoting the benefits of cannabis continue serving as the foundation for The United Green's success.
Linda Crosby
Controller
Linda graduated with a BA in Business Administration and a minor in Communications Media from Stephens College. Formerly working with a public accounting firm in the auditing department, Linda also has prior experience working for non-profit organizations as the budget manager. With her vast knowledge and multiple levels of expertise, Linda has been a tremendous addition to The United Green.
Linda is also involved in multiple charitable organizations in which she has co-chaired national tournaments working with less fortunate children. She is also a busy mom of three!
Spencer Ward
Director of Marketing
Joining United Green at the start of 2022, Spencer launched our full company rebrand while also creating a nationwide identity for The United Green. The Michigan native continues to make our brand shine across cannabis marketing and advertising.
