Job Title: Cannabis Associate
Location: Lansing, MI
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16.00/hour

Our client in Lansing, MI is seeking dedicated and motivated Cannabis Associates to support multiple departments within their facility. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the cannabis industry and eager to grow within one of the largest cannabis companies in the nation.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with general cultivation and production tasks including trimming, pruning, and transplanting

  • Move plants between rooms and maintain cleanliness of workspaces

  • Wash and sanitize tools, trays, sprayers, and buckets

  • Support harvest activities and post-harvest processing

  • Trim and remove leaves from buds; assist with final product processing

  • Manufacture and package a variety of cannabis products

  • Follow SOPs and meet daily production goals


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • Must comply with all local and state cannabis regulations

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift 30+ lbs for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in a hot/humid environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused

  • Team-oriented but also able to work independently

  • Accepts constructive feedback and direction well

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality is essential
