Day Shift – Recruiter
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $40,000/year base + uncapped commission
Key Duties:
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
Source talent using various platforms and tools
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide support
Perform cold calling and networking to build talent pipelines
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Assist with sourcing strategy development and compliance
Support contract negotiations and ensure adherence to internal policies
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of recruiting experience
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to pass a full background check
Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Must be able to commute to Auburn Hills, MI and work onsite
