Our client is looking to add on an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to their Pasadena, CA based team. The ideal candidate would have experience with Social Media along with knowledge of current trends across generations. This is position will be onsite.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the generation of campaign ideas across all platforms and marketing efforts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and the CBD industry
- Support ad hoc projects and analyses to enhance overall marketing goals
- Collect feedback, align marketing campaigns, review results, and analyze completed campaigns
- Build influencer and affiliate prospect lists, identifying potential partners in the community and across the United States
- Understand partner needs and customize existing marketing campaigns to meet these needs in collaboration with internal teams (e.g. product, marketing, customer success)
- Nurture and maintain relationships with our community of influencers and affiliates
- Manage onboarding timelines for influencers and affiliates, keeping internal team and partners on track to complete important milestones
- Manage a calendar of marketing campaigns; work closely with members, partners, and internal marketing teams to refresh collateral and digital creative according to marketing goals
- Assist in generating blog post ideas and managing commissioned writers
- Edit and refine current marketing collateral to realign with forward-thinking goals
- Analyze current CRM and develop automation to further community outreach
Requirements:
- Must have experience with social media platforms (Tik Tok, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of current trends across generations
- Up-to-date with social issues and community needs
- Skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
- Proficient with Microsoft, Canva, Hubspot and ESP
- Eager to learn and participate in all marketing effort
Compensation:
Marketing Coordinator: $50-60k/ year
