Job Summary:
The Cannabis Trimmer is responsible for efficiently trimming cannabis flowers to prepare them for sale or distribution. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. In addition to trimming, the Cannabis Trimmer will assist with general cleaning duties and may be required to support other departments within the facility as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

• Trim cannabis flowers to the highest standards, ensuring the removal of excess leaves and maintaining bud quality.
• Maintain consistent speed and quality while trimming at a high rate to meet production goals
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing trimming tools and workstations to maintain a clean and organized environment
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of cannabis to prevent damage or contamination
• Follow all facility safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain productivity levels and meet deadlines
• Support other departments (e.g., cultivation, packaging, harvest) during peak production times or when additional labor is needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a trimming highly preferred
• Ability to work efficiently, consistently, and at a fast pace with attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain focus for long hours
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to adapt and be flexible, willing to take on additional responsibilities when needed

Schedule and Pay

• Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
• Starting at $18/hr
