Job Title: Packaging Technician
Location: Franklin, New Jersey
Schedule: Monday – Thursday

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $18.50/hr

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM | $19.50/hr

Job Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Packaging Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the final packaging of cannabis products, ensuring all items are properly weighed, sealed, labeled, and prepared for distribution. You will play a key role in maintaining product quality and consistency through quality control checks and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weigh, seal, label, and package cannabis products in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements

• Conduct quality control checks during packaging to identify and report any issues related to contaminants, damage, or degradation

• Prepare finished goods for distribution

• Maintain accurate logs and records of packaging activities

• Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Valid and up-to-date Driver’s License

• Reliable transportation

• No felonies or misdemeanors since the age of 18
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently

• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow strict compliance guidelines
