About the Role:
We're seeking skilled Packaging Technicians with a strong mechanical aptitude to join a high-volume cannabis manufacturing facility. This Packaging Tech II position focuses on supporting automated packaging equipment, ensuring smooth operations, accurate output, and consistent quality in a fast-paced environment.

If you have experience working with machinery, enjoy hands-on technical work, and want to be part of a growing cannabis production team, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated packaging machines (e.g., weighing, bagging, labeling, and sealing systems).

  • Perform routine machine set-up, calibration, and adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient packaging.

  • Conduct in-process quality control checks to verify proper weights, seals, labels, and compliance with product standards.

  • Assist in the final packaging of cannabis products for distribution.

  • Identify and resolve minor equipment issues, escalating complex problems to maintenance when necessary.

  • Maintain clean and organized workstations and follow all SOPs, safety, and compliance protocols.

  • Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience operating or assisting with automated machinery (cannabis, food production, or manufacturing preferred).

  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.

  • Must be 21+ and able to pass all required background checks.

  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required.
